Joining is simple! Head to our Games page, pick your game, and click "Play Now". Each game has its own connection guide. For FiveM, use the connect command in-game. For Minecraft, add our server IP to your multiplayer list. For ATS/ETS2, join through the Convoy or TrucksBook integration.

FiveM requires the FiveM client from cfx.re. Minecraft uses any standard Java or Bedrock client (1.20+ recommended). Farming Simulator uses the official game with our dedicated server. ATS and ETS2 use the base game through Steam or the standalone launcher. We always recommend keeping your client updated.

Our full rules are listed in-game and on our Discord. The key points: Be respectful to all players, no cheating or exploiting, no harassment or hate speech, follow roleplay guidelines (FiveM), and listen to staff. Breaking rules can result in warnings, kicks, or bans depending on severity.

High ping is usually caused by your internet connection or distance from our servers. Try: 1) Close unnecessary background applications. 2) Use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. 3) Check if your ISP has any routing issues. 4) Try a VPN if your ISP throttles game traffic. If the issue persists, contact us with your location and ISP details.

First, check our Discord for any maintenance announcements. Then try: 1) Restart your game and client. 2) Verify your game files are up to date. 3) Disable any VPN or firewall temporarily. 4) Make sure you have the latest server resources/mods installed. If nothing works, open a ticket on Discord with your error message.

Crashes on join are usually caused by missing or outdated mod files. Try: 1) Clear your cache folder. 2) Re-download the latest server pack from our Discord. 3) Make sure your game version matches the server version. 4) Update your GPU drivers. 5) If on FiveM, verify FiveM's files through the settings menu.

Scheduled maintenance is always announced 5 working days in advance. If a server goes down unexpectedly, our team is alerted automatically and works to restore it as fast as possible.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact us through the form below or via Discord with your transaction ID and reason for the refund. Digital goods that have been consumed (e.g., in-game items already claimed) may not be eligible for full refunds.

If you believe your ban was issued unfairly, submit an appeal through our Discord in the #ban-appeals channel. Include your in-game name, the date of the ban, and a detailed explanation. Our admin team reviews every appeal within 48 hours. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned.

For the website panel, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. For game accounts, contact us on Discord with your registered email. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Go to your account settings on our panel and click "Enable 2FA". We support authenticator apps like Google Authenticator, Authy, and Microsoft Authenticator. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code from your app each time you log in. This is the single best step to secure your account.
